We provide your group with everything a superbly equipped vacation rental home should have--even porta-cribs,
highchairs and toddler beds for the kids.) We provide free wireless high speed internet access available, free unlimited local
phone calls, Cable TV and a hi-tech video entry system so that you can see who is at the door and let them in electronically
from the 2nd and 3rd floors.
You will have ample bed spaces for your family group, reunion or corporate retreat.
The beautifully landscaped front and backyard redwood deck over looking the newly landscaped rear yard has a gas BBQ Grill.

Villa Armada
is just 150 yards from La Playa Cove and oceanfront walk to beautiful Kellogg Beach right on La Playa Cove. This is a great
sandy beach for the kids to explore--no waves, current or undertow to worry about. You can walk in either direction along
the sandy path along the beach with multimillion-dollar mansions on one side and the gentle bay waters on the other. A short
walk in one direction gets you to the San Diego Yacht Club and in the other direction the Southwest Yacht Club.
Watch
the majesty of cruise ships and pleasure boats pass through the bay on their way into San Diego Bay. The views of the Coronado
Bridge and the nighttime San Diego skyline are not to be missed.
La Playa village will remind you of a quaint European
villages where you can walk to scores of fine restaurants and shops just blocks from Villa Armada. The best sportfishing in
all of San Diego leaves from the sportfishing harbor just a 10-minute walk away and the San Diego Yacht Club and the Southwest

ARMADA IS NEAR GREAY FAMILY BEACHES
Villa Armada is a mere 150 yards from one of San Diego's most charming beaches--La
Playa Cove Beach. The calm gentle water of La Playa Cove laps against the sandy beach that runs for a half mile along some
of San Diego's most expensive waterfront real estate. Nearby is Kellogg Beach, which is a great family area where the beach
is very safe for even the youngest kids to explore.
VILLA ARMADA ENJOYS A SPACIOUS LAYOUT
Villa Armada's
third story views are stunning with sweeping expanses from the San Diego Downtown Skyline to the Coronado Bridge, Coronado
Island and all the way to the Mexican Border. The Great Room encompasses the living room, dining area and kitchen, all of
which face the water with gorgeous bay views.
The Great Room enjoys ample seating with two leather reclining chairs
along with a leather sofa that has two recliners built into the sofa. There is also a matching loveseat to the sofa. The
Big Screen TV measures 60 inches and has a Surround Sound Home Theater System along with DVD/VCR and Cable TV. There are
fantastic bay views from the Great Room through the two sets of double French doors and sidelights.
The Kitchen is
just west of the dining area/Great Room and has a new DCS double oven to make quick work of even the largest family dinners
or corporate-meeting banquets. The new stainless steel refrigerator is large enough to handle the biggest grocery shoppers.
Other appliances include a dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster oven, blender and coffee maker.

Villa Armada's Third Floor Deck Enjoys Panoramic Views--Click

The expansive third floor deck has outdoor seating for 20 or more around
outdoor tables the most memorable family reunions or get-togethers.)The 3rd floor deck a large stainless steel outdoor fireplace
for those cool winter nights. There are two teak steamer lounge chairs and a teak two-person bench along with a teak storage
box that has cushions for the steamer lounge chairs. Also on the deck is a table with an umbrella with four rocking chairs.
Villa Armada also has about 8-10 additional resin chairs on the deck that can be stacked for easy storage. There is also an
external staircase that leads down to the backyard on the 2nd floor so people do not need to walk through the master bedroom.
SIX
PRIVATE BEDROOMS--MOST HAVE THEIR OWN ENTRANCES FROM OUTSIDE
The 6 bedrooms are all very private with the 4 bathrooms
providing private or adjacent access to each of the bedrooms. Four of the bedrooms have private entrances to the outside patios
and balconies access for the families using these bedrooms.
The Master Bedroom (Bedroom # 1) encompasses the entire
3rd floor and has a kink size bed along with a Queen futon. This makes it perfect for a family of 4 persons. The Master
bath (Bathroom # 1) is ensuite and very spacious with a separate shower and an oversized two-person Jacuzzi Spa Tub. The
Master Suite also has a surround sound Home Theater System and DVD/Tuner with the TV. The double French doors with sidelights
lead directly from the Master Suite to the expansive 600 square foot 3rd floor deck. The deck can be accessed by an external
staircase so that the Master Suite remains completely private.
Bedroom # 2 enjoys its own cozy fireplace and is located
on the 2nd floor. This bedroom has two sets of Ikea twin bed units on opposite ends of the room that pullout to create four
twin beds at night. This bedroom is perfect for a family of 4 persons or for a group of businesspersons each wanting their
own bed. During the day the beds ingeniously slide to create a daybed seating areas on each side of the room. This bedroom
is just 3 steps from Bathroom # 2, which is a full bathroom.
Bedroom # 3 enjoys two twin beds and is also located on
the 2nd floor. This bedroom is perfect for 2 persons and has its own private entrance through a sliding glass doors that
lead out to the backyard redwood deck. This bedroom is just 1 steps from Bathroom # 2, which is a full bathroom.
Bedroom
# 4 has a Queen bed and is located on the 2nd floor. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (Bathroom # 3) and can be used
as a second Master Suite. The room its own private entrance through sliding glass doors that lead out to the backyard redwood
deck.
Bedroom # 5 has a Queen bed and is located on the 1st floor. This bedroom has an oak roll-top desk and is
just 2 steps from a full bathroom (Bathroom # 4). This bedroom is perfect for 2 persons and has its own private entrance
through sliding glass doors leading out to the side yard.
Bedroom # 6 has a Queen bed and is located on the 1st floor.
This bedroom is just 2 steps from a full bathroom (Bathroom # 4). This bedroom is perfect for 2 persons.
On the 1st
floor there is also a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer along a large utility sink.

King, Aretha Franklin and groups from the 70's , 80's, and 90's perform in an intimate 1350-seat outdoor bayside concert venue.
